I'm pretty sure we could get by just fine with half of these!

"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone.

It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children..."

Can you spell s-u-r-r-o-u-n-d-e-d? No wonder Iran feels paranoid. It should.

It was somewhat surprising to me that there weren't any U.S. installations in Israel, but with just a few Google searches I found I was wrong. Did you know there are several bases being secretly built right at this moment? Curiously, the newest mysterious base is called, of all things, "
Site 911
". Even the Washington Post ran an
about it last November, referring to it only as a project being overseen by the U.S. Corp of Engineers.

Site 911? Is this just another example of the blatant "in your face" arrogance that we've witnessed over the last decade or more?

Wow. Just wow.

Absolutely appalling. Thanks for those links.

Anyone looking at this graphic can see that there is no way Iran is a threat. Gimme a break.

"...there is no way Iran is a threat."

Well, only to the dominance of the U.S. Dollar as the reserve currency to the world. That's what has their panties in a wad -- not nuclear aspirations.

You'd think they would have come up with something original this time.
