Phil Sez....

According to Groundhog.org, "The Prognosticator of Prognosticators, Punxsutawney Phil, did see his shadow." A Tweet from @Visit PA was, "Shadow! Punxsutawney Phil predicts six more weeks of winter!"

However, Accuweather.com says that this year, spring's arrival will be slowest in coming to the Great Lakes, Northeast and mid-Atlantic. They say that "Cold air masses and a few snowstorms will continue to impact the regions as late as March before the winter season comes to an end."

And to put the wx forecasters in perspective:

Al Sleet, the "hippie-dippie weatherman"β€”"Tonight's forecast: Dark. Continued dark throughout most of the evening, with some widely scattered light towards morning."
