Finally, some good news!

A federal Judge has ruled that the Indefinite Detention and Material Support provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) violates the constitutional rights of U.S. citizens. (Ya think?) This is a preliminary injunction, although the Judge, U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest, indicated she believes this ruling will be upheld. And you can count on the fact that the feds will be appealing the decision. How refreshing for the federal judiciary to actually uphold constitutional rights of citizens for a change!
